My Plan!!!

hola bloggers,

this is my quote unquote DIET plan. i dont like the word diet cuz it kinda makes me feel like im only eating better to lose weight, well im chooseing to eat better because i dont only wanna be skinnier but healthier as well. so im now going to call it my lifestyle change plan.

My Goal - to lose 100 pounds by my birthday (i do noe that thats alot to lose and it adds up to like 2 pounds a week ugh)
My Plan - well i read somewhere that it is good to write down all the food you eat in a day in a book so ur less tempted to eat more because u dont wanna see a long list there lmao, so thats my plan so far, eat healthy foods and record it in my book, NO MORE UNESSESARY SNACKING, so it's basically like a diet but im not gonna call it that. oh and u shud always include excercize in ur plan, me and my friend will be going to the gym together (not to look at hott guys like last time because it was distracting if u noe wut i mean lmao)
ooh and i will also post results every week so i can share my progress with u all.
